Orders placed with A-GTEX are processed within an estimated timeframe of two (2) to five (5) business days, subject to product availability and order volume. All shipments originate from our distribution facility located in Shelby, North Carolina. 

All shipments are made under EXW (Ex Works) terms, meaning that ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the goods leave our facility. The customer is responsible for all freight costs, shipping arrangements, and insurance if desired. 

A-GTEX is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss incurred during transit. Customers must file any claims directly with the shipping carrier. Additional charges may apply for residential deliveries or special handling requirements.
