RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

A-GTEX maintains a strict return and refund policy in alignment with industry standards for wholesale apparel businesses. Customers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting all merchandise upon receipt and prior to any form of alteration, including printing, washing, or embellishment. 

All claims related to defects, damages, or discrepancies must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods. Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns will be refused. 

To be eligible for return, products must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered. Any garments that have been modified in any way are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. 

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the reason for the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.
